Job Summary

The Rabbit hOle is seeking a book loving, hospitality-driven individual to join a growing team of artists and administrative staff as a Guest Services Supervisor. The Guest Services Supervisor will work with the Rabbit hOle to enhance guest experiences, lead hourly staff, and ensure proper financial practices. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Guest Services Manager and Directors to develop and implement practices for a hospitality-driven guest experience for museum visitors.

  • Supervise and train associates and volunteers in museum practices and procedures.

  • Ensure accurate cash handling procedures and reporting.

  • Be knowledgeable about The Rabbit hOle's exhibits and programming and able to respond to guests' requests for information

  • Assist guests at the front desk and throughout the museum space.

  • Maintain and monitor security controls.

  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints and direct to the appropriate persons as needed.

  • Monitor inventory of guest services supplies and ensure consistent stock of needed items.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience managing or supervising a hospitality team.

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • A sense of humor
