“They say every ghost needs a place to haunt, and if you can’t find one, you’re not even a real ghost. That’s what they say, at least.”

Join us for an evening with children’s book author and illustrator Charlie Mylie to celebrate the release of his newest illustrated book, We Are Already Haunting Here! written by Gideon Sterer. Charlie spent many years as a traveling visual artist before entering the children’s book world in 2019 with the publication of Something For You. He also worked extensively with The Rabbit hOle leading up to the museum’s debut, creating original concept art for exhibits, promotional materials, and more.

Picnic Pod tickets are available for up to 4 guests per pod, and include up to 4 meals, drinks, and one copy of We Are Already Haunting Here!, written by Gideon Sterer and illustrated by Charlie Mylie. Check-in for Picnic Pods begins at 5:00 p.m. Please note that Picnic Pod cleanup will begin at 5:30 p.m. and all food must be packed up by 5:40 p.m. To-go boxes will be available. Picnic Pod Tickets

The program will begin promptly at 5:45 p.m. A book signing will follow the presentation.

Please Note: 

- Ticket required for each guest aged 2 or older.

- Books from home are not permitted. 

- A minimum of one adult must be present for every three children in attendance.

- Museum admission is not included.
