Strollers are not permitted in the museum.

Wristbands

Guests will receive a wristband upon arrival which may be used for same-day re-entry. Wristbands must be intact and are not valid after removal.

Smoking

There is absolutely no smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaporizers) while inside the confines of the building or in the gated areas.

Food and Drink

Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the museum.

Prohibited Items

Weapons of any kind 

Fake weapons of any kind 

Illegal substances/paraphernalia

Masks or costumes that cover the entire face and eyes

Spray paint/magic markers 

Fireworks/explosives

Pets (excluding registered service animals)

Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable

General Photography

By entering and by your presence in The Rabbit hOle, all guests consent to be photographed. 

Guest entry constitutes consent to such photography in any and all usage in perpetuity, of your appearance for any purpose whatsoever in connection with The Rabbit hOle.

Guests understand that all photography will be done in reliance on this consent given by you entering The Rabbit hOle. 

If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter. Thank you.

 

Personal Use

Visitors to The Rabbit hOle are permitted to take photographs and shoot videos for personal use, except in specific exhibits where photography is not permitted. 

Commercial Use

Professional photographers must arrange prior approval for all editorial and commercial photography, filming or videotaping at The Rabbit hOle.
Approved commercial photographs must clearly attribute The Rabbit hOle as the location.

The Rabbit hOle reserves the right to determine whether the content of photography, filming or videotaping is objectionable or prohibited.

Skate shoes

Museum code of conduct

To ensure the safety, enjoyment and well-being of our visitors, the following list of activities and behaviors are prohibited in and around The Rabbit hOle. 

Our code of conduct applies to all visitors regardless of age. Visitors who do not abide by the code of conduct will be required to leave the museum.

    Visitors shall not engage in:

 

  • Disorderly conduct;

  • Behavior that endangers one’s own safety or that of others;

  • Running and screaming in the museum;

  • Profane, offensive, abusive, or threatening language or behavior towards other guests and/or museum staff;

  • Fighting or hitting other visitors;

  • Hitting, punching or kicking the exhibits and sculptures;

  • Climbing exhibits that do not feature an obvious climbing apparatus (ladder, tunnel or passage);

  • Use of hate language or symbolism, including expressions targeted at race, nationality, gender identity, sexuality, religion, age, education, or physicality; 

  • Tampering with, defacing, damaging, destroying and/or removing any museum property; 

  • Other behavior determined by museum staff to be inappropriate.

Museum Premises and Exhibits

Many of the areas within The Rabbit hOle’s include climbing, crawling, riding, or other physical means of traverse. 

The Rabbit hOle is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur.

The Rabbit hOle is also not responsible for any damaged or stolen goods, including clothing.
