This ticket is a revocable license which may be withdrawn any time at the sole discretion of the management of The Rabbit hOle (“the museum”). No cancellations, refunds, rain checks or exchanges; will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or unused. Duplication will result in revocation without refund and ejection. Operating dates, hours, prices, and policies subject to change without notice. Availability of exhibits, presentations, programs and attractions are subject to change without notice. The bearer of the ticket grants the museum the right to film/video/photograph the bearer for any purpose whatsoever without any payment.

 

Assumption of General Risk/Limitation of Liability: You acknowledge and agree to assume the inherent risks associated with attendance at the museum and the use of all exhibits, attractions, and facilities and agree to read and obey all safety signage, instructions, and rules. Such risks include but are not limited to bodily / physical injury, harm or death that may be caused by, arise from or be attributable to the use of or participation in or on any attraction. Other risks of attending large outdoor or indoor venues include injuries from exposure to the elements, such as rain, cold, excessive heat or the weather in general, and injuries or illness sustained due to your own personal negligence and/or the negligence of others, including running, jumping, engaging in altercations with other patrons or otherwise behaving recklessly in the museum. You are responsible to know your own health and physical condition and limitations and the health and physical condition and limitations of any minor under your care or supervision. If you ride, climb or use, or you permit any minors under your care or supervision to climb, ride or use, any exhibit or attraction, you or they do so at your or their own risk. The Rabbit hOle assumes no responsibility for accident or loss to any person in connection with the condition or use of the museum, exhibits, attractions, facilities or their entrance into or departure from the museum. You hereby irrevocably release The Rabbit hOle and its affiliates and their respective employees, agents, representatives, and hold them harmless for, all losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims, demands or causes of action whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, arising out of your attendance at, and use of, the museum.

 

Visitor Responsibility:

 

Visitors engaging exhibits shall, at a minimum:

 

Obey the reasonable safety rules posted and oral instructions for an exhibit;

Refrain from acting in any manner that may cause or contribute to injuring yourself or others, including:

​

Interfering with the safe navigation of an exhibit;

 

Not engaging any safety devices that are provided;

 

Disconnecting or disabling a safety device except at the express instruction of the operator;

Throwing, dropping or expelling an object from or toward an exhibit;

​

Getting on or off an exhibit or attraction except at the designated time and area, if any, at the direction of the operator, or in an emergency; and

 

A visitor shall not engage, get on, enter, or attempt to engage an exhibit unless the visitor reasonably determines that, at a minimum, he or she:

 

Has sufficient knowledge to engage, get on, enter, or get off the exhibit safely without instruction or has requested and received before getting on the exhibit sufficient information to engage, get on, use, enter, or get off safely;

 

Is not under the influence of alcohol or any drug that affects his or her ability to safely engage the exhibit or obey the posted rules or oral instructions; and

Is authorized by the operator or the operator’s authorized agent or employee to engage the exhibit.

 

General Photography Policy

 

Each person entering The Rabbit hOle grants the museum permission to photograph, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of that person and all accompanying minors, without compensation, for the museum’s business and promotional purposes, including copying, distribution, and other uses.

Guests understand that all photography will be done in reliance on this consent given by you entering The Rabbit hOle. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter. Thank you.

Personal Use
Visitors to The Rabbit hOle are permitted to take photographs and shoot videos for personal use, except in specific exhibits where photography is not permitted.

Commercial Use
Professional photographers must arrange prior approval for all editorial and commercial photography, filming or videotaping at The Rabbit hOle. Commercial photographs must clearly attribute The Rabbit hOle as the location.

The Rabbit hOle reserves the right to determine whether the content of photography, filming or videotaping is objectionable or prohibited.

The Rabbit hOle reserves the right to refuse admittance for photography and/or to change its Photo Policy without advance notice.
