Facilities Associate
The Rabbit hOle is seeking an experienced individual to join our team as Facilities Associate. The duties and responsibilities of this position include building maintenance and light repairs, general custodial and cleaning duties, event set-up and light carpentry. This position requires a general proficiency regarding the maintenance and upkeep of building and mechanical systems, and very good people skills. This is a full-time position.
Work with museum and fab shop managers to monitor, maintain, clean and repair building infrastructure and systems.
Attend to custodial needs throughout the museum and fab shop areas.
Perform museum opening and closing duties as designated by schedule.
Set up and tear down rooms and museum areas for events as needed.
Assist fab shop manager with shipping, receiving and the distribution of procured items, picking up items off-site as needed.
Work with designated staff on general framing and construction projects, as needed.
Work with fab shop manager to help organize, improve, make safe, and maintain the fabrication shops.
Other duties as assigned.

3-5 years facilities and custodial experience.

General construction skills (plumbing, electrical, framing, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
